I'm a self-made professional who rose through the ranks by building my own corporate ladder, learning from the inside what actually helps people perform and thrive in demanding environments.

Over the years, I saw how much of a person's potential depends on the conditions around them. The professionals who flourished weren't the ones who'd ironed out every weakness. They were the ones working from their inherent strengths, with the steadiness and support to use them. That insight reshaped how I led: I built high-performing teams by helping people lean into what they did best, and by designing the rewards, benefits, and people practices that made it possible.

It also taught me that lasting change happens on two fronts: the person, and the environment they work in. Today my work spans both.
